They did my bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding day in 2019. I did a yelp review but I just realized I never did a google review. The people were very sweet and great to deal with. I had to pick up my flowers on a Saturday as I was getting married that Sunday. They were able to arrange a way for me to keep everything fresh for the next day. I always use them for my floral needs since then and in the future to come!

Im all over the place on a good day, but when I walked into this shop earlier this week to plan funeral flowers? I was a mess. I didn’t want a traditional casket spray. I wanted it to feel more organic, like it could’ve been spotted on a walk in the woods. My dad loved nature and photographing it so I wanted something he would’ve wanted to stop and get a shot of. But I had no solid ideas to offer- just vibes, tears and loose suggestions but they listened to it all. I wasn’t present enough to ask or remember anyone’s name. Based on other reviews, Im going to assume the person that put my feelings into flowers was Mark. (Everyone I interacted with there was lovely) When I walked out, all I knew for sure was that the standing arrangement would have a field/wildflower vibe and the casket spray would feel as if it belonged in the forrest nearby. His words, not mine. I loved the concept and trusted him. And he more than delivered on his word. They were stunning. I am not my father- no matter how hard I tried I could not get a picture that would do this spray justice. It was more than we could’ve hoped for. Everywhere you looked there was something new to discover. It was a living piece of art and my dad would’ve loved it. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service and the thoughtful care they put into their designs. I will always, whole heartedly refer anyone who needs flowers for any occasion (this includes you, “the internet”) to Cuts Creative.

We have been using Mark for 20 years now. Not only do I use them personally, but I also use some of our business as well and suggest them to every Bride that we meet for our catering company.

I lost my oldest brother in July, 2025. I contacted Mark at Cuts Creative Florist as I needed something very special for his casket spray. It consisted of turkey tail feathers, deer antlers, shotgun shells and a turkey caller. What Mark created was truly unbelievable. He knew my brother (all of us grew up together) and we couldn't have ask for a more fitting memorial for him. When I say the spray, I ask if he could create something else that would involve black bears, dogs, mountains and hunting. Again, Mark "blew it out of the park". Mark has the gift! If he could make sense of my rattled thoughts and create 2 arrangements that were absolutely perfect for our brother, he can do anything! Do I recommend Mark Campbell and his staff at Cuts Creative Florist????? ABSOLUTELY! On a scale of 1-10, Mark ranks at least 100!!! Thank you Mark for all that you do!

I am so grateful for support and professionalism of Creative Cuts Florist. I live in North Carolina and reached out to Mark for ensure that flowers were placed on my mother-in-law’s and aunt’s graves. When we spoke, he provided options in both products and price. Once the bouquet was created he sent photos of them so that I could share them with my family. He also took them to the cemetery and made sure that they got to the appropriate sites. Mark is talented, friendly, and compassionate. I am so grateful to him.

My husband and I have been using Cuts Creative for at least 30-35 years. I can't remember the exact year that we started using them but we moved back to Roanoke in 1989 and it wasn't but a year or two later that we found Cuts Creative! They have done flowers for all occasions for us. Mark has always done an awesome job! I remember one Valentine's Day that my husband was across the country and he called Mark and ordered red roses for me. They were delivered to my place of employment and I was the envy of all the ladies! Now everyone knows, Red Roses on Valentine's Day, are very expensive! That particular time, my roses started dying a few days after I got them! I was heartbroken! I called Mark and told him and he said, Don't you worry about it, I'll replace them! I told Mark he didn't have to do that but he insisted! He replaced the flowers and I picked them up to save him having to deliver them again. He has always been the sweetest person to deal with. When my son died, I was devastated! We visited Mark and he was so sympathetic and I told him a little about my son and he fixed the perfect casket spray for us. Thanks Mark and staff for all you do for us and everyone else!!!❤️

Mark went above and beyond for my sister's bday arrangement. I highly recommend this florist. When you order over the phone you never know what will get delivered. Her arrangement was gorgeous!!! Will continue to use Cuts Creative! Thank you, Mark!
